
Bishop Naida M. Parson, Ph.D.
Senior Pastor
Dr. Parson is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada and is the Senior Pastor/CEO of New Antioch Christian Fellowship, Inc. being ordained and installed by Bishop E.C. Reems. The church was originally founded in 2002, and now known as “The House of Antioch”. The organization includes New Antioch Central Campus, New Antioch @Aliante, Sunrise Christian Fellowship, and two Antioch Community Service Centers. She has also been appointed Bishop of the Fellowship of Independent Churches and Ministries (FICAM).
Dr. Parson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Black Studies from the University of California, Riverside. She has also earned a Master of Arts Degree in African-American Studies with emphasis in Psychology from the University California, Los Angeles as well as a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Reno. She is also Certified John Maxwell Leadership coach, speaker and trainer and has trained over 300 pastors and leaders through her yearly Kingdom Leadership Training and her annual Pastors In Training Seminars.
Her pride and joy is the Church Girls Rule/Christian Gents Reign Leadership Camp where she and her team pour leadership into young people each summer. In addition to pastoring three churches, Bishop Parson along with NACF has planted seven churches, covers 15 churches, has installed 12 pastors and currently mentors 30 pastors in 5 cities. In her 23 years of pastoring, she has ordained over 50 ministers.
She is also the sole proprietor of A Way With Words, which is the parent company of her speaking, writing, leadership camps, seminar events, and workshops. Her personal call is to open the word of God and teach this generation what it means to know, to love and to serve God.
Bishop is married to Minister Terry Jenkins, mother to Co-Pastor Ericka Severs Brooks, and grandmother to Adian A. Brooks as well as multiple bonus children and grandchildren.

Ericka Severs-Brooks
Co-Pastor
Ericka Severs-Brooks is a founding member of New Antioch Christian Fellowship
(NACF) where she serves as Co-Pastor. At NACF, Ericka has served as Praise
and Worship Leader, Church Administrator, Chief Financial Officer and Director and
Lead Bible Study Instructor of the Youth Department. She accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior at age13 and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost at age 16 at her first church home Vegas View COGIC. Through the training Ericka received at Vegas View COGIC, she became a skilled youth leader, choir president, youth mentor, administrator, singer, prayer leader, teacher and church worker. Ericka attributes her success in ministry and in business to the exposure and tutelage of her Mom and Pastor, Bishop Dr. Naida Parson, Godmother Lady Kathy Jackson, Apostle Sonya Cheltenham, Apostle Regina Rhodes, Evangelist Marsha Jordan and Evangelist Mary Collins.
With this training, Ericka went on to serve at the City of Refuge COGIC (Pastor and First Lady Bronson) where her spiritual gifts were sharpened. Ericka has lived in Las Vegas for over 50 years, is married to Randy Brooks and has the privilege of mothering her son Adian, niece, 2 nephews and godchildren. She enjoys
serving the community by facilitating self-help groups and other mental health trainings to assist others in gaining the tools and insight needed to reach their destiny.
Ericka is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner, CEO and Clinical Supervisor of 180 Community Wellness Centers. 180CWC is a foster care agency that provides
psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families in addition to other outpatient
behavioral health services. She has over 25 years of experience working with delinquent, abandoned, abused and neglected children, youth and their families. Ericka’s passion is working with youth, women and families to assist them in becoming all that God designed
(NACF) where she serves as Co-Pastor. At NACF, Ericka has served as Praise

Associate Pastor Kevin Madden is the Associate Pastor of Operations which oversees Administration, Finance, Facilities, and our IT Departments.

Tara Trass
Assistant Pastor, Ministry Development
Tara Trass is the Assistant Pastor over Ministry Development and Dean of The Kingdom Academy at the Central Campus. As Pastor of Ministry Development, she is responsible for overseeing the training and development of ministers and servant-leaders with monthly MIT (ministers-in-training) services and an Annual Leadership Advance Conference. Pastor Tara is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, published author and gifted speaker with a call to inspire, challenge, and encourage individuals through written or spoken communication in such a way that they are healed, transformed, and free to pursue their God-given destiny with excellence and success.

Tiffany Trass
Assistant Pastor, Connections & Fellowship
Tiffany Trass is the Assistant Pastor of Fellowship and Connections. She holds a Bachelor of English and a Master in Business Administration from Indiana State University and currently works as a consultant for higher education. Tiffany has been active at NACF for over 10 years and has a heart and love for people and believes wholeheartedly in loving God, loving people, and helping them to grow in Christ. Tiffany supervises the Connection arm of the church that oversees the annual fellowship events as well as ministries, such as New Members/Salvation & Bereavement, that allow people to get connected, grow in God, and find their purpose.

La Tonya M. Daniels
Assistant Pastor, Community Outreach (Evangelism)
Pastor La Tonya Daniels lives in Las Vegas, Nevada. She received her Bachelor’s, Master’s degree and two Advanced Studies Certificates in education. She is now retired from the Clark County School District.
She serves the community by performing at weddings, funerals, community events, and convalescent homes and as an instructor and coordinator for various workshops. She serves in children’s ministry, music ministry and has a deep heart for outreach and evangelistic ministries.
She is an ordained pastor called to preach, teach, evangelize and serve as a Levite for the house of God. She is the founder of Priceless Advisor, a non-profit organization that shares wisdom through the fine arts to build better people.
She serves the community by performing at weddings, funerals, community events, and convalescent homes and as an instructor and coordinator for various workshops. She serves in children’s ministry, music ministry and has a deep heart for outreach and evangelistic ministries.

Jamila Eddins
Youth Pastor
Jamila Eddins is the Youth Pastor of our Children's Ministry "Kids Count" for ages 3 years old to 5th grade and the teen group "Revolution" for middle and high school youth. Jamila also oversees some of our special events that involve youth such as the Children's Literacy Summer Reading Program, Vacation Bible School, and our yearly Angel Tree Christmas Giving.

Isaac Brown
Servant Leader, Connections & Technology
Isaac Brown is the New Member and Newly Saved Coordinator at New Antioch Christian Fellowship. He implements and facilitates welcome processes that help people new to the congregation connect with the ministry and ministry leaders so they can begin their journey to grow spiritually in Christ Jesus. Isaac also is our lead for the technology to make sure all tools we use make our ministry successful in-person and online.

Arianne C. Phillips
Minister, Church Administrator & Stewardship Board Director
Arianne Phillips serves as the church administrator and oversees all the HR and staff functions of the ministry. She is also the Stewardship Board Director which oversees the finances of the ministry.
Tiffany Day
Minister , Community Groups Director
Tiffany Day serves on the ministerial staff at New Antioch Christian Fellowship, where she has been a member since July 10, 2011. It was here that she encountered Jesus, experienced life-changing transformation, and discovered her purpose. A native of Las Vegas, Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from UNLV and her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. She is a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and currently works as a clinical therapist. Tiffany serves as the Director of Community Groups and also as Co-Director of Connections department alongside Pastor Tiffany, where she supports spiritual development, building relationships, and intentional discipleship across the ministry.

Shannon Gray
Minister & Church Manager
Meet Shannon Gray, an accomplished Church Administrative Assistant. She also serves as a Leadership Board member. Shannon obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services with a focus on Children and Family from the University of Phoenix in 2016. Shannon has over 30 years of dedicated service in various ministries; evangelism, Sunday school teacher, Sunday school secretary, church administrator, choir member, youth department director, board of trustees member, executive board member, head armorbearer, usher board, pastors personal assistant, sacraments, food ministry, dance ministry overseer, and community group leader. Shannon was called to preach the Gospel in 2011 and has been sharing God's word ever since. She was ordained as a Minister with NACF in 2021. Shannon's goal is to contribute to the advancement of God's kingdom.
